That would defeat the purpose of the EU Directives, if every country were to insist on all warnings and other labels on the product being in the home language. That is why they use all them symbols that we don't understand (yet). The purpose of the Directives is to promote trade between the member states, not to promote product safety. Those what aren't intelligent enough to understand the symbols or be multilingual, really have no right to expect to live.
