Tregger's, I'm new to the world of modems and have inherited engineering responsibility for a device that includes a 14.4/28.8 modem interface (at the subscriber end of the loop). I know the objective requirements for return loss numbers in the UK and Australia, what I'm wondering is are there any "industry standard" subjective numbers for the UK and Aust and North America? Anything that can be shared on this subject would be greatly appreciated.
