Cindy, it ttakes a bit of twisted thinking, BUT, there are no documents called CTRs. ETSI (European Telecommunications Standards Association) prepares the basis for technical regulations. ETSI has the power to approve these documents on their technical merits. ETSI is not empowered to issue technical regulations on behalf of the community. If and when these documents through a laborious process are approved by the powers that be as the pan-european requirements, they become CTRs. However, they are not issues or re-issued as CTRs. Hence your trouble locating them. However, the people at ETSI will be most willing to help you find what you're looking for and sell it to you. Ciao, Vic
