By now we should have succeeded in convincing Cindy that her problems are simple and transparent and can be resolved by throwing money at them.
It also should be apparent that "approvals" should not be worked by technical specialists but that "electro-politicians" should handle it. There isn't a University yet that teaches "electro-politics", "telecom-politics", "e-commerce-politics", etc., etc. and the world is a poorer place for it. I am thinking of an exclusive little academy that uses post-graduate (the euphemism for early retirement) teachers to prepare people for this new and wonderful field of endeavour. Ciao, Vic
