The CTR is not the standard. The standards are issued as TBRs and
these are published by ETSI.
A CTR is the designation of a TBR as a harmonised standard and is
published in the Official Journal of the European Commission. Until
a specific CTR has been published in the OJ, the relevant published
TBR is not classed as a harmonised standard and therefore cannot be
used to gain Pan-European Approval.
Therefore, what you require I guess are the standards TBR 12 and 13.
If you require any more information on these, please email me direct.
I am trying to find out who publishes the European CTR's, and where I can
obtain specifically CTR 12 and 13. Can anyone help me out on this?
