This is much clearer than what I orignally said, yet still a slip occured
(I think)
in that the OJ announces that a particular TBR henceforth is a CTR.  The
text of the TBR is referred to but not, to my knowledge, published in the
OJ.  I guess that if changes to the TBR were required to make the document
acceptable as a CTR, that could be done through the OJ, but believed that
the preferred route would be to change the TBR, before that time.

Anyway, you first need to find the TBR of interest to you, and than you
have to establish whether it has be promoted to CTR status AND, as always
make sure that nothing happened to your TBR before it became a CTR.   I
still se many people who believe that the original LVD and EMC Directives
are still valid as writtne,  They are no aware of the amendments to those
documents by subsequent Directives.

I don't think you can "buy" an official version of those Directives that
have the amendments worked in.  Some private purveyors can provide the
amended documents to you, but than you have to rely on them having done
their editing job properly.
