Don't know if Americans die easier than Europeans...just know that the TNV 
limits are different.  Maybe UL has done some testing to determine this?  Or 
maybe the IEC could do a study...Any volunteers?  - Mel

Mel.  does that mean that North Americans die easier than Europeans ????
