Treggers, Has anyone had any experience of long term (5, 10 or 15 years) galvanic corrosion between Austenitic Stainless Steel and Aluminium?
The table in Annex J of EN60950 states the electrochemical potential to be 0.7V whilst I have other tables that only show 0.5V. What form of corrosion takes place, does the resistance increase at the junction of the 2 metals? Does anyone know the source of the data in Annex J?
