Case 3 is unknown to me. It should be identical to case 1! Reason: There will be no further national regulations concerning the market access after April 7, 2000. Please see also Article 6 of the Directive "Placing on the market 1. Member States shall ensure that apparatus is placed on the market only if it complies with the appropriate essential requirements identified in Article 3 and the other relevant provisions of this Directive when it is prop- erly installed and maintained and used for its intended purpose. It shall not be subject to further national provi- sions in respect of placing on the market."
Nevertheless there will exist national "interface specifications". These will apply * for wired products for the purpose of interworking with the specific networks and * for radio products in the case of non harmonized frequency spectrums. Thes interface specifications do not regulate the market access!
