Maybe my question if nonsense but I need to discuss this point with you
all.
In my understanding a network termination unit, which is installed by
the operator and remains property of the operator is NOT considered as
being terminal equipment (as in the TTE and future R&TTE directives).
For example an ISDN NTU which provides to the customer the plug and the
functions to connect phones, PC... is part of the network offer and not
of the terminal installation.

Right or wrong ?
