WOW!! And I say WOW only to express how UNDERwhelmed I am presently with the 755p. From what I read, it offers practically nothing that the 700p doesn't already offer.
And my credit card was SO looking forward to stretching its legs before the busy summer spending season!! ...No more memory. ...No better camera. ...No better email. ...No better ANYTHING?? ...MINI SD FRIGGING CARDS? ARE THEY KIDDING???? ...Huh?? Maybe better Bluetooth (OK, but I'm not spending that much for better Bluetooth . . . probably; well it's unlikely; but I guess still possible). With new service activation it costs $29 more than a 700p from Verizon costs right now. That's good if you don't already have service, I guess. But, MINI SD CARDS?? HELLO? Probably has the 680's Phone app, which from brief experience I find profoundly inferior to that of the 700p. I wonder if it has the 680's battery, too?? Wouldn't THAT be great!? It's red! There's no antenna on the outside! It's 0.06" thinner! It weighs 0.0475 ounces less!! WOW! ... Don's credit card rolls over and goes back to sleep, dreaming of the Treo IX running PalmIX. Jingle Bells, Jingle Bells, Jingle all the way. . . I can see why Alli went to sleep . . . Bitter, but optimistic, Don p.s. Somebody make my day and tell me that it has some significant improvement over the 700p!!! I want to want one!! -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Joel Suplido Sent: Tuesday, May 08, 2007 10:36 PM To: [email protected] Subject: [Treo] Re: 755p from Palm: http://www.palm.com/us/products/smartphones/treo755p/index.html?creative ID=HmPg_BB|treo755p_sprint_announcement That means I need to update our group's logo again. lol.
