I seriously doubt that, evidenced by this message posted this afternoon: I just called Verizon. The customer service rep had never heard of this, but she queried Code 70246 into the system and found it! I now have 2000 SMS messages per month at no charge. She was shocked and said this was "killer!" -- a savings of $20. :-)
