Is there any reason to install this update if not syncing with Outlook?  Does 
it contain any other fixes or enhancements?

Also, speaking of Outlook... I've never used it for home/personal use because I 
don't like that it doesn't automatically display attached image files like 
Outlook Express does.  Is that still the case, and if so why, and is there a 
plugin or something to enable that very useful feature?

Not sure how imap works in Versamail, but I'd imagine this won't affect
that at all.  This is just an update to the handling of interaction with
Exchange, enabling push content.
