I've had few problems if any with Sprint. I think it's an issue of luck. Some
people have the luck of getting bad support, others don't. I think this is
true of all carriers. You just have to be a little patient and if you don't
get the right answer, you just have to ask to speak to someone else, although I
guess if you try to just call back now you risk getting terminated? Hmmm.
Also, I wonder if this applies to SERO customers?

For those who aren't familiar with SERO, it is a plan for friends and family of
Sprint employees, but it's pretty easy to get into it even if you aren't one.
The main benefit is that you get an even more discounted rate (I pay $30/month
for 550 minutes and unlimited data and unlimited SMS), but also perhaps better
support? I don't know. I just call the main Sprint customer service line but
their might be special SERO reps if you need them. When I was initially
setting my accounts up I was talking with a special rep who followed up with me
over a couple of weeks due to some initial glitches. She got everything taken
care of and I didn't have to stay on hold for hours. The one thing about SERO
is that it's next to impossible to get it after you're already a Sprint
customer. You really need to be new to Sprint...

Wow. That does not look good, especially after reading so many bad reviews of
their customer service. ( I'm ALMOST glad I'm paying 3 times the price for my
dataplan with VZW.)
