Same here. It's been almost a year since I came back to Sprint on a SERO
plan (after 5-6 years with T-Mo). Their customer service has gone out of
their way to be helpful at times, and I recently called to see if I
could get the unlimited free text plan being offered on all the SERO
plans, and the nice lady said "sure no problem." I rarely have a wait
either.
