Some people have the luck of getting bad support, others don't. I think 
this is true of all carriers. You just have to be a little patient and if 
you don't get the right answer, you just have to ask to speak to someone 
else, although I guess if you try to just call back now you risk getting 
terminated? Hmmm. Also, I wonder if this applies to SERO customers?
