The good news is if you're one of the thousands of folks unhappy with Sprint, start calling and prove it. I've a friend who wants badly to get off their line, but it'll cost him $250 to do it, plus the cost of the Treo650 he just bought and the startup on Cingular, er ATT, er Cingular, er -- what is that company called, anyway?
