OK EVERYONE CALM DOWN!!!!!!!
probably 98% of us with sprint have had no customer service issues and if you
have then it probably hasent been a big deal.
It sucks if you got the boot however most of us have had no big problum.
Im on my 7th or 8th repalcement treo (all 650's) and i havent gotten the memo.
it looks like the letter is going out only to folks who are in a special
discount plan.

Well, if you're dumping at&t, don't like Sprint and are looking for
high speed data, that basically leaves Verizon. Maybe Alltel if you're
in their coverage home area.
