I've been having a miserable time with my Verizon Treo 650 &  
ChatterEmail.

For about three weeks now, outgoing messages have been getting Stuck  
in the Outbox.  There is apparently no command for "send again" or  
default that gathers these msgs up when one synchs or resets  
connections, so they just stay there unsent.  The danger in this is  
that client communications may just stay there and NEVER get sent.

I've contacted support, and been told to move the msg to Draft by  
using the icon on the left.  I've done that, and the messages when  
then opened, I click send, they just go back to the Outbox.

Along the way with this issue, I've upgraded to 3.08 and the problem  
remains.

There's also been a problem with certain accounts (I have four) going  
"offline" on their own, or getting stuck in "SMTP Cnct", or just  
failing to work.  Multiple times I've just deleted the account, then  
set it up again as a new account, only to have it fail again in a day  
or two.

Right now, my Earthlink acct is stuck in SMTP Cnct.  I try to reset  
connections, do a quick synch, synch all, go to All Online, and it  
still is Stuck.

Now, as I type this and have been trying all morning to get the Treo  
to work properly, the Earthlink account is finally synching.

I have been in touch with Support, and they're very helpful, but the  
problems persist.  Indeed, as I write this, the Outbox still has the  
two stuck msgs in it.

(This msg is being sent from an iMac Intel desktop, with the Treo  
right next to me -- it's getting two bars of connectivity.)

I'd appreciate any suggestions or help.
