Probably nothing. I have had a 680 for several months now. I am as we
speak in Mexico, and for the first time I have had no problem using
my 680 with original SIM card to call within Mexico and to the US.
You will have to pay a $4/month "International Roaming" fee and then
a charge per minute for each call. In MX it is 59 cents/min without
the $4 fee and 99/min without it. You'll have to check with Cingular
about the p/m fees in the UK and elsewhere.
