Although I cannot be certain, the problem you're having with DTG is probably related to the 4gb card; the Treo 650 is limited to 2gb on the SD card, although some people have had been able to use larger cards by copying the FAT driver from newer devices. However, even without the new driver, a 4gb card may 'sort of' work - for example, data can be read from the card but not written to it. Since DTG creates a temp file when you open a document that may be the cause of the resets. One way to test this is to try a 1 or 2gb SD card - preferrably copying the same documents over to it - and testing DTG.
