You shouldn't need it unless you're using an older version of D2G. They may not even offer it anymore - it was an external tool to move older versions of D2G back and forth between RAM and the card.
There isn't a Dataviz tool to resolve the problem with pieces of multiple versions (if in fact this is the problem that's causing your problem) - only deleting and starting over helped. Assuming you want to stay with the 650 or cannot afford to upgrade at this time, get Reset Doctor from Hobbyist Software <http://www.hobbyistsoftware.com/reset-doctor-more.php>. It will help properly manage the cache and provide crash protection, both by reducing the causes of crashes and by protecting your prefs in the event of a crash. It'll also log crashes for later review to help you track down their causes. Also get Resco Locker to lock 'unsafe' apps into the cache. <http://www.resco.net/palm/locker/default.asp>. In this context, what makes some apps 'unsafe' is that if they are flushed from the cache, the Palm becomes unstable and may crash. A better solution is to upgrade to a newer Treo. Which model that is will depend on which carrier you're using. With AT&T or other GSM networks, it's the 680 (which I have, it's way better than the 650 in every detail). With Sprint it's the 755.
