I bought one less than a month ago and it is a piece of crap. I will be returning it tomorrow. Maybe it is just my phone is defective, but ... It freezes at least twice a day. Some web sites I could access with the 650 cant be accessed with the 680. The bluetooth service often turns itself off when I reset after a freeze. I used real player on the 650 and that is not on the 680. On the good side, there is more memory, I like the ignore a call with text message and the option to add a number to an existing contact work for me. My sales rep is suggesting I go with a BlackBerry. I like the Palm software and was thinking of going to the 750 (AT&T). Like Dave, I would appreciate any suggestions.
