Usability? OOTB, my unlocked 680 never needed a reset and always did extremely well. I overloaded it with tons of applications (full 8GB SD card and 15% memory left) and I do have resets now, but it's my own fault because of the apps. Maybe you're 680 doesn't have extra apps loaded but I wish everyone would take that into account before they start complaining.
Do I like that my 680 resets? Not really but there isn't another device out there that can do what my 680 does (well, outside of another Palm of course).
