Microsoft itself kinda hinted that the 320x320 was supported in WinMo 6 
because of Palm.

There is no release date, but I would bet in a 4th quarter of 2007 release.

In fact, Palm should have released it already, they would have an 
interesting WinMo device in the market.

There are probably busy burning all those unshipped Foleos and sending 
resumes to other companies... ;-p
