RLock has pretty much outlived its usefulness. Most of the larger apps,
such as TakePhone, ZLauncher, Butler, and Datebk all selflock. I'm not
sure if locking them with another application does more harm than good
or is completely irrelelvant. (Not sure about Jot.)
