I do a full backup every night and limit my total backups to 7 so I have a 7 day revolving new backup. Having said that, even with "lock risky apps on", I've had some problems recently with World Clock. I use World Clock as my alarm (I know it's simple compared to some of the others, but it works well) and when a new backup occurs when World Clock is visible, my 680 freezes. If it does an update, no problem. I've been forced to schedule my full backups at 10:00pm (waaaaaaaaaaaaay before I actually go to bed).
