IMO, the only reason to do incremental instead of full backups is if
time is an issue.  If it's going to happen while you're asleep, does it
really matter how long it takes?

Mine take ~7 minutes to back up 384 files / 25.3MB.  It's set to
compute CRC (so Winzip on my desktop can open them if necessary) and
"fastest" compression.  It's also set to clear the dbcache when done,
which itself takes a couple minutes.

Note that this is on a 680, and I'm backing up to a PNY 2GB SD card.
The 755 may work faster or slower, and your card may also be faster, or
slower.
