Ah - found it, and the message: "Only SnapperMail (tm) Standard, Premier and Enterprise editions support automatic delivery."
Then it appears to be set to get mail every (in my case) 20 minutes, Monday through Friday, 0800 to 1700. So I sent me a message from this account to my work account (which is the "one" account allowed in the trial version of SnapperMail). Then I set an alarm for 25 minutes, to remind me to check whether I missed an alert. News at 27 minutes. Would that the trial would be completely functional so that in 30 days, when the trial expired, I'd be so in love the $50 would seem cheap. OK, $40 to get most stuff, and a fairly impressive looking package it is.
