Nope. Works fine. In spite of the message that seemed to say it 
wouldn't. Now if I could customize the display a little -- it's likely 
in there somewhere.
I'm a little surprised, though, at the lack of folks saying why Snapper 
is better than Versa. I know - I'm trying it -- but sometimes other 
thoughts help me know what to look for, or things to try out.
Anyway, thanks Bill and Nico for pointing to the auto-check setting.
