[Treo] Charging a 680

I was wondering if anyone has opinions on what is the best way to
charge a 680. I purchased the seidio extended battery and when I do a
full nights charge using the wall charger, the battery registers at 99
until I disconnect but then it drops down to 93. I plug it back for
one hour and then it stays at 99. If I use the usb, it is always at
99. Is the wall charger overcharging or is this a common occurrence?
