Ok, I backed up my info and renamed my backup folder. I then did a hard reset and changed the time to an hour when it normally blinked. No blinks....now I just have to reinstall one thing at a time to see if I can figure it out. So it apparently is some kind of program that is making my 680 screen blink on the hour.
