Do you have Resco Explorer installed? Go to CONTROL PANEL from the ROOT directory, then ASSOCIATIONS.
.doc .pdf .xls .ppt .docx . pps .pptx and others should show DOCUMENTS as the program and /DOCUMENTS/ as the HoySync directory.
