Just did a quick test. Downloaded a PDF attachment from a message in Chatteremail.
Clicked and selected OPEN. Opened OK in Documents To Go. Back button brought me back to Chatteremail. I'm using the same 3.0.10 and 10.002 versions. I would try maybe reloading the latest Chatteremail version OTA and letting it reinstall itself over the actual (identical) version.
