I've had the same occur. It never did this prior to the latest Chatteremail upgrade. But it is doing it in Versamail too. It says the file has not been saved and therefore DTG can not open it. It is a pain, but at least Chatteremail allows you to save the file to the card where it can be opened later with DTG, Versamail does not.
