Set up a FTP server in your PC (FileZilla Server is a good freeware) and use Resco Explorer's built-in FTP client feature.
Avvenu (www.avvenu.com) is also a less-techy but easier way to implement file downloading and uploading to/from your Palm. You must create an account, access the Avvenu page from Blazer and then download or upload files through the browser to/from your Palm from/to your PC.
