I did this. I removed chatter, all files of data from sd card. The phone would not know if chatter was ever installed. I setup new fresh, It carshed. I also removed all the installed programs. I sat to clear the errors one by one. The moment I finished, the outlook data acting funny. I did hard reset, deleted the profile name from palm desktop and created a new one. I synced. It went fine. When I installed chatter, I ran and it crashed. One day I shall do a fresh install again. As of now it going fine with basics. Chatter I would not trouble for few days and then let's hope things work out fine for me with mails.
