I don't use Palm Desktop, so I don't care about what makes it work. I just
need to sync occasionally for backup, cleanup, transfering files, etc. If I
were to make an uneducated guess, considering I know nothing about Linux, I'd
say one could run a Windows emulator (is that what VMWare is?) to get Hotsync
to run. Then I could sync to create backup files. Is that pretty much what
you said, only in English?
