Same here on the Centro (and on the 755p).  Sometimes I'd get above
300kbps, but not very often!

That's about what I get on my 700p...generally anywhere 200-300kbps.
The problem I have with these tests is that they all seem to rely on
the browser sucking down a big file.  We all know that NVFS sucks when
faced with consuming a big piece of data all at once, so if the test
is waiting on the browser to confirm that it received the file, then
Blazer may actually be artificially retarding the throughput.
