The default backup happens. I'm not backing up anything separately. From the backup folder, run the saved preferences.pdb. Wouldn't that be the fresh on of my last sync? I think it should not as after the sync it was fine. Later it happened and I've not synced then. So saved preferences.pdb is good. Nothing else is required?
