I never said that I wanted on the spot assistance. But if something is
important for me then it is, I don't think anyone else could say that it is
not or not to show it that way. I think if you want to give your 2 eurocent
then give it to all not just me. How can you give a blind eye to others in
the group?

The code of conduct on a mailinglist is definitely to stay polite.
Take into account everybody on this list is doing this in her/his own free
time.

If you really want on-the-spot assistance, consider calling Palm Helpdesk
...
Otherwise you should wait until somebody has the time/willingness to look
into your problem.
