Sam- I am sorry this happened. You may want to consider calling Retention at Sprint Customer Service and tell them you will be dropping Sprint. We have had very good and satisfactory experiences with them. Asking them to fix the phone and thengiving you the option to pick up insurance is not unreasonable.
