Here's the problem: I make or take a phone call, and when I'm done, I
hang up and drop the T-680 into my shirt pocket. Next thing I hear on my
BT headset is the call I didn't intend to make.
What's happening, of course, is some screen button gets pressed to
initiate a new call. I don't want that.
I've tried setting the keyguard short, but then if I'm doing something
else -- filling in a calendar or playing Bubbles -- it keeps locking the
screen.
I've also tries tapping the Power (Red) button after hanging up, hoping
the Treo would buffer the key press until it was needed, then blank the
screen before accepting a screen button. That doesn't work, either
(maybe I'm timing it wrong; I don't know.
I use TakePhone as my phonebook front end/dialer.
Is there a way to have the keyguard kick in immediately on call
completion, but time-delayed during other software use?
