untill now i have been satisfied with sprints customer service in all 
aspects.

sprints new web interface with the "user prevention" security sucs.

however thats not my current beef. 

the following is the trancript of my text service call: to put this 
in perspective it took the phone tecrep 2 minuts to set up the 
correct vission plan for my treo 700.

Agent (Ashlei): "Do you have any further questions or concerns about
