Yep, I reviewed all those threads.  I really do not want to do a hard reset.  
Since my 'valid' data is always in TimeMatters, which is SQL-based on the 
desktop, next sync I'm going to let desktop overwrite handheld for the main 4 
PIM databases and see what happens at the end of the sync.

I had run Teal's beta app and got some issues, but DbFixit didn't pick those 
up, and I'll take a mature licensed app over a beta one any day of the week if 
I have to bet on one of them or the other.

If that clears up the reset after hotsync, maybe I'll reinstall 12.05.  I had 
been running 12.04 Premium (although I hate and avoid Agendus Mail --- funny 
that others here really like it.  I found it also unstable.)  I have had only 
one reset when running 11.1 Pro over the last week or so.

It's a start.... Have you looked at any of the threads on mytreo.net 
about hotsync issues? We have a lady over there who pretty much 
specializes in hotsync problems.
