Alli - Yep, I reviewed all those threads. I really do not want to do a hard reset. Since my 'valid' data is always in TimeMatters, which is SQL-based on the desktop, next sync I'm going to let desktop overwrite handheld for the main 4 PIM databases and see what happens at the end of the sync.
I had run Teal's beta app and got some issues, but DbFixit didn't pick those up, and I'll take a mature licensed app over a beta one any day of the week if I have to bet on one of them or the other. If that clears up the reset after hotsync, maybe I'll reinstall 12.05. I had been running 12.04 Premium (although I hate and avoid Agendus Mail --- funny that others here really like it. I found it also unstable.) I have had only one reset when running 11.1 Pro over the last week or so. Have you looked at any of the threads on mytreo.net about hotsync issues? We have a lady over there who pretty much specializes in hotsync problems. I'd be happy to help ya trouble shoot Agendus!
