Hi Dick, I work for the company that develops Addit and MyTreo (MyTreo is the "Treo name" for Addit). A step was missed tonight in uploading a new catalog, and that caused it to be downloaded over and over.
Have you experienced this issue other than tonight? If so, you can contact Addit support.
