Do you have a backup program or any other programs that run overnight? Perhaps the backup program is fouling up somehow. Also, if you can manage to install a file manager, like FileZ, on your handheld, take a look at the RAM databases. Sort them by size and see what's reporting as large. Sometimes when corruption occurs (usually due to an NVFS screw-up), databases will be small, but there metadata reports huge sizes which trigger the alerts you're getting.
