I use TomTom Navigator 6 on a Treo 700P. Works great. A little slow to launch. I found that it didn't work well with the huge US+Canada map. Works better with smaller, regional maps. Sometimes I have to do a soft reset in order for Treo to link up with the BT GPSr. Also, I have found that the USGlobalSat GPSr, which is SiRF III, works better, especially with other programs, than the GPSr that comes with TomTom.
