Which begs the question: how do media files get backed up - pictures, say?? If not OTA to Palm's servers, then how/where?
Sorry if the answer is RTFM (now that I have one!). I rarely do, and it's 344 pages long!!! J My way of "backing up" is to let Exchange take care of the tough stuff, and connect to my laptop every couple of weeks and do a backup (BlackBerry style). Probably should do it more often, and MAY, with the Pre since the pictures it takes will likely be worth keeping (unlike the terrible pictures the BB takes).
