I'm guessing it'll be one of two options: 1) Hook up the Pre to your computer of choice and download media files you've generated on it to your PC via USB. It works in USB Mass Storage mode for direct file access. Of course, for other media such as video, those probably came from your PC in the first place, so no need to back those up. And/or 2) Use one of the many 3rd-party solutions I'm sure will be popping up for those who want some kind of direct-to-PC sync.
